It's as I've always said, they make up the rules as they go. Often they are 
a bit too cushy with "celebrity" reporters. In the old days that used to be 
called corruption.
But I bet after the little heart to heart at morning roll call, it will be 
laughed off that the reporter got their comeuppance!
