Thanks for the post.  I do have many clients who delayed benefits until 
age 70, but that was at a time when it was taken for granted that the 
delayed benefit scale and other promises would play out as represented.  
Now I see even wealthy clients beginning benefits at age 65-66, on the 
basis of take it while they are still paying it.   It is a reaction to 
the local and global financial instability we see every day.
