This is sound advice. The problem, however, is that not everyone can 
affort to wait until their very late '60s to collect SS.

In the current economic recession there are many instances where families' 
savings have been wiped out and the wage earners may be in their late 
fifties or early sixties working only part tiime, without benefits. 
In this situation  delaying SS paymnets is not an option.
