I used Ilford Delta 3200, which I exposed at EI-1600 and developed in Kodak Tmax Developer diluted 1+7 for 9.75 minutes at 75 degrees (24C). Notice that I diluted it 1+7, not the standard 1+4 dilution that is normally used with Tmax Developer. Ilford gives developing times for the 1+4 dilution, and I worked out by testing the 1+7 times. With most films, multiplying the 1+4 times by 1.5 gives the right time for the 1+7 dil, and that was the case with Delta 3200. I used the time for EI-1600 since that's the EI I shot the film at. This is how I shot and developed all of these night shots from this carnival. I had never used Delta 3200 much, because I've used Tmax 3200 since I was in high school. Recently, the place I get film was out of Tmax 3200, and I needed some, so I got Delta instead.
