Subject: [Leica] What film did HCB use?

Born in 1908 HCB was 47 years old when TRI X came out in 1955.
Which was also I think the year the M system came out.
HCB did the bulk of his work with iso 40 films and Leica screw mount cameras
and lenes. His early idol was Atget who was still photographing 19 years
into HCB' s life. HCB' s first camera was Atget's down the the same wood it
was made out of.

Here are people talking about an 1958 HCB interview HCB' s early work being
shot at an ASA or ISO of 8 or 10.
I think his average iso in his total body of work would be around 40.

And what ever film his shot in this day and age that film may have the same
name but be the same in name only.
