It just showed up earlier this year. We have some weird public arts. This
one at least has a recognizable body shape and not a car with legs or body
with face or something. Or a silicon "egg." I guess if arts is suppose to
make you think, as in, "why the heck are you spending my tax $ on THAT?"
they are succeeding.
