Frank I'm assuming current Lightroom version and DNGs.
There are no camera specific sharpening defaults.
Of course users can work out pre-sets for any number of develop adjustments
and save that as a new pre-set that they like.
A new default can be set via the drop down menu from Develop if desired.
>From Settings you can reset everything to the original defaults if wanted.
Sharpening is not a function of any profile either.
0 in the detail slider of the sharpening menus means none, irrespective of
any other settings
