LUG:

I've been off the internet for a week, called to Columbia for the birth of
my forth grandchild, Sara Graham Wiskes (Sadie). Cathy (my daughter) made
three trips to the hospital before they finally admitted her. After many
hours of labor, all ended well with a beautiful baby:

<http://www.pbase.com/tinamanley/image/133939260>Photographically, I took my
M9, R9/DMR, and Panasonic GF1 (I wanted the auto-focus in case I got to
involved to be able to focus manually.) I've just done the first edit of
the 1120 photos and I can tell you that I wish I had left the GF1 at home.
Every photo made with it, would have been better with the M9. I know
because I took several of almost exactly the same shot and I much prefer the
M9 shots. I also thought maybe the GF1 would be better at higher ISO's -
no. I didn't use the R9/DMR much because the light was so low and the
camera is so heavy but I did get a few good ones with it.

I'll post more but I have to get them approved by Cathy before I do. I
didn't think she would mind these two!

C&C greatly appreciated.

Tina
