Helen has finished our taxes and is off at the accountant. I have managed to stuff up my 4TB Western digital Sharespace: It was to become my main back up. I rang support and was told: you need level 2. We don't do that in OZ, and its sunday in USA, so "your stuffed". Thanks, the unit can go back to where it came from and they can sort it out under warranty.
