Reset the date and time. Then turn the computer off overnight. The next
morning check the date and time again. If they are correct you have fixed
the problem (until next time). If the date and time are incorrect you will
probably have to replace the internal 3 v. lithium battery that keeps the
settings when the power is off. On many computers this is a do-it-yourself
operation.  Check the manual to make sure. The batteries last about 3 to 4
years.
