Even though the fort is inside the park, there is a functioning temple up there, so pilgrims are allowed unfettered access to it during the daylight hours. As I was at the steps leading to the fort after my morning safari, I saw a group of colourfully dressed teenagers come down from the fort. As they came to the bottom, one of the girls kicked a pebble at a group of Hanuman Langur monkeys: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/jayanand/People/Ranthambhore_20110305_0902-Edit2.jpg.html At once all hell broke loose as the monkeys charged the girls, causing panic for a brief while: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/jayanand/People/Ranthambhore_20110305_0910-Edit2.jpg.html I had a lot of trouble processing these shots because of shooting into the sun in harsh sunlight, leading to pretty dark shadow areas, and high contrast. Because of this, I have processed one in Colour, and one in Black & White - which do the viewers prefer? C&C, as ever, welcome Cheers Jayanand
