Bob,
I have gone back and looked at this photograph at least a dozen times or
more because it's such an emotionally moving picture.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I find this incredibly calming,
relaxing and a total feeling I could step into the scene and park my butt on
the bench and watch the day evolve with great pleasure. It has a "technical
look " if that's the way to word it? Quite unique and I have no idea why
everything stands out in such sharp detail. You can feel the wood of the
bench if you were to touch it.

Quite frankly I don't think I've ever seen a Leica produced image in my 61
years of professional shooting that has the look of this scene. So folks ?
Question?

Is this due to a bigger sized recorded image? If it were film, like a 4X5
compared to 35mm?
It's quite unusual to say the least with it's magnificent look. And the
composition is right on the mark!

Obviously one might say I'm quite taken with it and wished it was a shot I
had taken with equal quality.

Well done Bob. Good on you lad!
cheers,
Dr. ted
