Nice pictures. Oaks and maples are the most common trees in my area (the
Hudson Valley) and usually grow straight and tall. The oaks and maples
practice chemical warfare. Their dropped leaves are quite acid and inhibit
the growth of other trees. In the time that we have lived in our house we
have lost most hickory trees, most tulip trees, hemlocks, and dogwoods. The
changing climate has induced the birches to migrate north to Canada.
The car is certainly one of a kind. Did Maaco paint it?
