Subject: [Leica] M7 repair advice sought

I already have a very nice 0.85 RF M6, but I don't want to sell it to  
replace a diode in my M7!

Leica Japan gave me this 100,000 yen quote without even opening my  
camera.  I'm hoping I can find someone who can repair it instead of  
just replacing the circuit board.
