Geoff, I am SHOCKED, SHOCKED< I tell ya

Everyone knows cold sake goes best with sushi, preferably with the different
zone of grounded rice crispiness.

Zone 1 for nigbori unfiltered

Zone 10 for clear as bright moonlit junmai dai gijo

You Aussie can mix it in a sake beer bomb though.
