Black and white, Peter,

but try it with the same crop as the colour, and play with the colour  
chanels a bit, so the the 'red' of the pans and the beefsteak tomatoes  
are a stronger tone.

P.S.  I see how the colour works too, but the b&w is stronger,  
especially with the white apron/smock & headwrap, and black hair &  
beard.
