Hi Sonny,

The things they do with fish never cease to amaze me - 
salted, smoked, soused, pickled, fermented (Matjes 
Herring), and some clever person has now even invented 
a Fischbratwurst - I'm more of a timid soul and stuck 
to the German equivalent of fish and chips - Bratfisch 
und Pommes.
