That's like a 'first offence' thing I guess. There was a hefty fine after
all. Any further offence and the gaol time woul be reinstated.
The crime is really active stupidity and Bambi-ism. Plenty of tourists and
campers have been guilty of the same over the years, exacerbating the
problem.
