No real preferences re: f stops Lluis.
It seems to perform quite well across the range.

The usual compromises
between depth of field,
ISO speed,
and required shutter speed,
obviously come into play.

Today's two examples were both at f:8
The porch rail allowed me to somewhat anchor the camera;
which allowed me to check the focus wide open;
and then stop down - the preset ring is handy for this.

I find the 90? magnifying view hood easier to focus
than the prism viewer;
both because of the magnification 
and the slight apparent increase in brightness;
I've used it in all my recent visoflex photographs
over the last few months.
