Looks like I was wrong, had to view in original size to see it.  Any way you 
can send the camera and have it returned via a friend outside Japan and then 
have him bring it in with him?  Interesting that itis visible in the lighter 
areas and not in dark areas.

Since I had my M8 returned from Solms about 3 weeks ago I've been  
noticing an thin line on my images.  The line is in the same location  
every time, usually on ISO 640 files.  Here you can see it running  
through my daughter's right eye toward the bottom of the image.

Has anyone else had this occur?  Even though I have a year's guarantee  
on the camera, sending it back (again) will cost me a hundreds of  
dollars (well, yen equivalent) because Japan now taxes repaired  
cameras from abroad as the receipt of brand new cameras.
