OK well thinking outside the box, what firmware does your camera report is
currently installed?
Apart from that I can only suggest that you have missed something. I know
you think that you haven't, that's why it's called missing ;-). Confirm tht
you are using the unzipped version of the file. Format the card again in
your computer. eject it properly, insert in your camera and format with
that. Copy the unzipped file TO THE ROOT of the card in your computer, eject
it properly. Make sure that you have a charged battery and try again.
