You mentioned using Efex Pro (which I love) when you have a special
image like this one and you want a traditional "silver" print (not ink)
from the processed digital image, check out these guys:
www.digitalsilverimaging.com.  They perfer Nik Efex processed B&W
files.

Montie, Inkjet - I have printed this on Harmon Photo Gloss FB AI paper
with an Epson 3885. The truth is that I have never ever entered a
traditional chemical darkroom in my life!
