As well as the very practical and modern Upstrap etc you may also consider
something more traditional if your taste runs in that direction.
Luigi at Leicatime (in Italy) has a large variety of leather ones and
Artisan and Artist from Japan a number of rather stylish types! Neither
range is cheap.
Luigi's website is an adventure but his products are fine quality
