Subject: [Leica] Film/slide scanner recommendations? Samples? Anyone use Braun?

I think if you tried scanning with Silverfast software, you would be amazed
at the quality you can get.  My results are much better than anything I
could get after many years of working in the darkroom.  Nikon still provides
parts for the LS5000.  I order the aluminum holders for the batch scanner at
least once a year.  They're about $5 each and I always end up bending them
beyond use eventually.
