Subject: [Leica] OT - Lightroom keyword hierarchy

I don't know if any of the Lightroom users here can help, but I want advice 
on keywords in Lightroom (I think this applies to 2 and 3 although I am 
currently using 3).

If I construct a keyword hierarchy when I apply a keyword such as 'England' 
I get something along the lines of 'Geographical places>Europe>British 
isles>United Kingdom>England' instead of things being separated with commas. 
Is there any way to change this so that things are separated with commas.
