Wife and mother wheelchair bound and fully aware dies when her husband and son are unable to get her out of the home. Father and son are both in the hospital with burns and smoke inhalation. This house was a wooden structure about 30 years old, equipped with smoke alarms and built to code (of the day). WRT the second home everyone got out but it too is a complete loss and is also going to be torn down. Several other homes with burned cedar shake roofs also damaged but to a much lesser degree. This has me re-thinking the fire safety of my own home and family. Greg Lorenzo Calgary, Canada _________________________________________________________________ Hotmail has tools for the New Busy.
