If you look at the secondary market, IOW Ebay sales, the number of M cameras
that are sold is just plain astounding. M3's, M4's, M6's... all over the
place. At really pretty incredible ( high and stable) prices compared to
the used Digi-SLR market prices..

Someone is buying a LOT of Leica film cameras, used, and most are in the $1K
range or a bit more......

What if there were a........ $1K new M11 Film camera???????

"Q. What percent of your sales are film cameras?

A: The film cameras are running under 5 percent."

That hurts......

I find it remarkable that film cameras are selling at all.
