On Youtube do a search for " What's in the Bag?" and its a learning
experience high in vitamins and micro nutrients.  You'll never be the same
again -  And will have to change your name because of it.
And you can be like me dyslexic and still deal with it.

Naturally you're more interested into the bags of those who have a small
clue as to what they are doing. But those are not hard to find.
