Subject: [Leica] International Shoot a Roll of Film Day - now with exciting RESULTS

I shot XP2 in mah Leica M6, and I also shot a roll of Delta 100 in the
HASSELblad.

THe XP2 I had processed at the CVS, $4 for the processing (develop only) and
$3.25 for the CD, the 120 I need to send out.

It was an interesting experience, shooting film again after all this time.
At least once I tried to chimp the camera, and also at least once I picked
it up and thought "is there a card in this?" The HASSELblad film was gone
before I knew it, I dragged the Leica shooting out a bit more -- it was
weird. I'm used to blasting through four or five frames knowing that one
will be in better focus and the expressions slightly better. My focusing
with the Leica was ... rather slow. But it sure was fun. It was nice to have
the Leica again.

The film was a mess when I got it back -- I mean, it was filthy. But I think
I got two nice looking images out of it -- and you know, they look like
FILM. I'm not even sure, qualitatively, what you'd have to do in Photoshop
to get it to look like this.

Hope y'all had fun,
