I've guided relatives to RapidWeaver and I've tried it myself. It is a less 
Apple-ish version of iWeb. Who knows if it's easier to use? It's different.

But their bundle is worth it just for RipIt if you want to build a video 
collection.
Or CoverScout if you have a lot of MP3's that you got from friends.

I think it's worth it, for sure.
