Well, Wendy, if you've read this far, suffice it to say, that you opened a
can of worms.

I have owned three 35mm Summicrons.  The first I owned for five years and it
was stolen.   The second pre-asph, (a Canada)  I owned ten years and was old
when I got it, and sold it to a LUGger so I could buy my asph, used from
another LUGger.

I'll never wonder if my lens is  second rate.  I'll always know that it the
build quality is the best.  I like the little focus tab.  I love the
output.   If the pictures are bad, it is my fault, not the lens.
