I like it just fine, better if it was mine...I've probably already 
disqualified myself as a critic.  I remember years ago in college taking 
an "art appreciation" course (guaranteed to kill any future interest you 
may have in art, similar to music appreciation courses).  The instructor 
(I never saw any of his work, come to think of it), said one rule was 
that no one could use the work "like".  And it appears another rule is 
history.  I was in one photo seminar where the rule was that nothing in 
the foreground should be out of focus...Kyle Cassidy's photos killed 
that one off.  Another one, conducted by a famous West Coast 
Photographer, was that nothing should intrude from the edges of the 
image.  As I recall, that made viewers uncomfortable, sort of like 
seeing something sticking out of a door frame they were about to enter, 
when normally you trust door frames.  I think that was it.  But, to me, 
the "energy" in your image strongly flows from left to right, to the 
busy kids, to the mother (wanting out of Dodge? Apprehensive about their 
future?), to ??.  As far as the exposure goes, I don't see how it could 
be anything else (disclaimer: I just installed Windows 7, finding out 
that my one casualty was the Spyder2, for which drivers are not and will 
not be available).  Sorry for the long message - most excellent image IMHO.
