Larry,

iPad's CPU is of the wrong architecture (ARM vs x86) and not fast enough 
(1GHz) to run an emulator at reasonable speed. I doubt if this will happen. 

Besides, Windows has not been designed properly for a touch interface. It's 
gonna to be quite clunky even if it can be made to run on an iPad.
