After Bob's explanation, it still took me ~10 secs to find her, then I
can't stop seeing her :-)

Subtle but strong image?

If she's not African American, there's no picture there.

If they are not SoC, then there's no picture there.

It could be a less subtle picture of course. For example, if the two
people in the front aren't there.

But because of the message, it's a strong image.

Photography is weird that way.
