Why not a 250/300/350 mm Telyt? For R?

For instance, for $400....   Ebay # 310177556834

I know almost nothing about R lenses ( except they are REALLY cheap and
especially compared to the same M lenses....) and especially about their
image quality....

Of course, you could always take the $300 for a Nikon lens and invest in
lottery tickets and use the winnings to go buy a 280/4 APO Telyt......

Note: 300/4.5 Nikkors are pretty cheap......Without AF, they are pretty much
looked over by Nikon guys.....
