snipped

What your getting is 5212 x 3472 pixels.
18MPs
At 250 pixels per inch you've got a 14.4 x 21.7 inch image!
Any chance of ever making a print half that size?

To make a print full bleed 11x14 you'd need 8.8 MPs.
18mp is overkill for most people.
By far most shooting in the past few years is done with sensors in the
12mp range.
People here have decided they don't need a range of ISO's they have no
familiarity with.
The Leica M is a street camera. a PJ camera.
And those people doing that kind of work are making great use out of higher
iso speeds.
They tried it. They liked it. And at this point do doubt feel they can't
live without it. - cant figure out how they ever got a shot without it.
