In fact, it's less likely I'll speed in the Corvette because of the heads up display that always has the speed right in front of my eyes. I seem never to actually read it, but I find myself dialed into the speed limit. Odd. Even more odd is that the new BMW 2-seater weighs what my Corvette coupe does. Maybe a tad more. SHAME on BMW. And the new Porsche 4-door isn't exactly light on it's feet either, although the images Robert posted are quite striking. That view from the rear quarter is quite elegant. But I have to say that the commercials for the MB E class with it's attention recognition system (given our rather horrendous accident when my wife fell asleep at the wheel) fill me with serious safety-lust.
