Subject: [Leica] OUBIO: If you have one of these, I'd like to know...

Did Leica make a unit like the OUBIO which had M39 threads on both ends? 
Female on the front and Male on the rear. If not, is it possible to 
remove the bayonet M-mount from the rear and replace it? Is it simply 
screwed into place?
