Dante, thanks for the compliment.

The panoramic effect is due to cropping an image the way I think it
should look as opposed to a conscious effort to fit it to a specific
size or ratio.

I have been wrestling with the idea of "should I crop my images to a
specific paper size or not" and finally decided the heck with it, I'll
just crop it the way I like it and quit worrying.
