No, the lenses are not the same. In a very simplistic fashion, they 
are similar in relationship to the Nokton f/1.5 and the pre-asph 
Summilux 50's. By extension, and this is based purely on conjecture 
and discussions with those who have used one, the Noctilux 0.95 might 
represent the 'lux ASPH in this comparison.

In any case, I have a Noctilux in which I have not invested too much. 
I will use that lens when I need f/1. I also have a Summilux ASPH 
when I don't need f/1. How much better can it get?
