We have to consider genetics metabolism habits life style psychology and much more. My original comment regarding "health effects" was simply a consideration which came to mind upon opening the image on the screen; before I was even able to appreciate the photographic qualities. Perhaps this is very American thing; because it's very up in our news cycles (junk food, diabetes, etc); or even a family thing; because I've so many family members (including myself) currently unhappy with their weight, exercise level, and/or lack thereof. No offense to the subjects, others or myself meant or implied.
