Hi Dick,

the screaming lady was one of a party of similar ladies accompanied by 
their carers and taking a tour of the gardens. She was left to look 
after their handbags (on the seat beside her) and obviously got the idea 
the others weren't going to come back - they did eventually come back 
and everything was peace, pretty flowers and birdsong again.
