Hence, the 50 Summicron is the equivalent of a 100mm, and the 60 Elmarit would be a 120mm. With the longer lens, which focuses down to 10 inches, I would be able to get a larger image on the sensor. I have been considering this, but will have to wait and see what develops. Most of my images come from my yard and neighborhood, and, at 79, I don't see much change in the future. Better closeups would give me more options.
