I certainly prefer it to any of the six-element Summicrons and as
lovely as the seven-element versions are, they flare, are relatively
soft and getting long in the tooth.  I liked the Hexanon enough to buy
a second one so that I have a backup in case anything might happen to
my main one.  It's a really great lens.
