This is fantastic, Mads.

How many of you have seen the German film, "The Lives of Others," which
depicts life in East Berlin under the Stasi. The director said that one of
the ways that they evoked that time and place was to minimize the use of red
in the scenery. Ironically, the sometimes outdated color film used in
Beier's photos evokes a similar feeling, even though the actual color shift
is different.
