Frank: It's the Valley View turnout as you enter the Park from Highway 120, 
go past Crane Flat and a bit further on Big Oak Rd. There's a turnout on 
your right that gives you this view:

BTW, Jim does not belong to the LUG, but can be found on the LEG...
