I would dig up the spare change from the bottom of your suit pockets and go
buy a 
AF-S NIKKOR 400mm f/2.8G ED VR

Oh I see its at B&H     $8,499.95 -
Chump change! 

Leica only gives you 21mm's for that!
Nikon gives you 400!
