The DMC G1 certainly provides better image quality than the G10 under any conditions, and the Fuji F200EX also does better (I have the G10 and tried out the F200EX in some quick tests). The G10 is not bad considering the sensor size and 15mp, but it's not at the top of the heap under lower lighting conditions.
