[Leica] Elmarit 21mm colour fringing

I have used John's service to mill the bayonet of a CV Nokton 40SC so  
that I could code it as a 35 Lux Asph. I have also had him mill a CV  
LTM > M type two adapter.
I highly recommend John's service. Absolutely first rate.
