Yes ISO is an issue with digital as it is with film.
Between 160 and 400?
Sure!

But its different because with film you tend to shoot with faster film than
you need as you don't know what situations you're going to run into that day
on the same roll.
Unless you are carrying around multiple bodies.

But with digital you walk out to the blazing sun salt flats you movie it to
100 from the 1600 you had it set at last night shooting black cats at
midnight.

Or as I've been doing for years auto ISO which has your ISO optimized for
each shot. Shot by shot. And you can do this now with the new firmware
upgrade for the M8.

This for me makes is much harder to go back to shooting film.
